Erica
Erica has devoted her career to supporting individuals with special needs, with a particular focus on children. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2012 and her Master’s in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013, she achieved Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2015. Erica advanced to the role of Clinical Director at a private clinic, where she excelled in staff training, developing intervention programs, and advocating for the principles of assent and meaningful choice within the autism community. In 2022, Erica relocated to Georgia to be closer to her family. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her beloved dog, Bailey, and her cat, Linux, as well as exploring hiking trails with her partner, Avery. Guided by her inspiring motto, “Let’s work ourselves out of a job,” Erica strives to help her patients achieve such remarkable progress that they no longer require Applied Behavior Analysis.
