Erica
Erica has devoted her career to supporting individuals with special needs, with a particular focus on children. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2012 and her Master’s in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013, she achieved Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2015. Erica advanced to the role of Clinical Director at a private clinic, where she excelled in staff training, developing intervention programs, and advocating for the principles of assent and meaningful choice within the autism community. In 2022, Erica relocated to Georgia to be closer to her family. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her beloved dog, Bailey, and her cat, Linux, as well as exploring hiking trails with her partner, Avery. Guided by her inspiring motto, “Let’s work ourselves out of a job,” Erica strives to help her patients achieve such remarkable progress that they no longer require Applied Behavior Analysis.
Meagan
Meagan has been in the ABA field since 2018. She started as a behavior therapist, took her test to become registered then continued to grow. She became a lead RBT and trainer. She has worked in a clinic, in home and school setting as and RBT. Meagan also has her master’s degree in developmental disabilities, with a concentration in advocacy and became an IEP/504 Advocate for 3 years in Florida before moving to Georgia. Here, she became an office manager for an ABA company in 2024 and loves being on the operations side. Meagan is so excited to be apart of the WonderWay team!
Jeanne
Jeanne had a growing desire to see young people achieve their full potential. This led her to pursue a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Applied Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Analysis. She achieved her board certification in behavioral analysis in 2022. During her studies. Jeanne gained hands-on experience working with in-home and school-age children, eventually transitioning to a center-based role. Outside of work, Jeanne enjoys staying active by working out in the gym and running on the greenway. She also enjoys reading and relaxing at the beach while on vacation.
Diana Sanchez
Diana Sanchez was born in Colombia and moved to the United States in 2009. She is a dedicated bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a passionate advocate for families affected by autism. As a mother of a child on the spectrum, Diana brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her practice. Since her son’s diagnosis in 2014, Diana has devoted her career to supporting families as they navigate the challenges of autism. With extensive experience in parent training and addressing challenging behaviors, Diana understands the importance of early intervention and the transformative impact of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on a child’s development. She previously served as an Operations Manager in various clinics, where she refined her skills in providing family support during the critical stages of diagnosis and treatment. In her free time, Diana enjoys exploring Atlanta’s vibrant food scene with her son, Antonio, and daughter, Sara. She believes in expanding her son’s world through exposure to diverse community activities and is deeply committed to empowering families and fostering connections within the autism community. Diana is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, offering her expertise, compassion, and dedication to guide them on their unique journeys.
